I recently rented the meeting room at Borough House for 3 days to carry out sales training with my regional sales managers. 

Being a Kent based company with sales representatives throughout the UK, it makes sense to hold regional meetings whereby my sales staff do not have to give up to much valuable selling time to attend.

The facilities and hospitality at 'Borough House' were excellent.  This together with easy access to the A1M and the great buffet lunch supplied made your Business Centre the ideal place for us to hold our training session.

I would like to thank you for making us feel so welcome.  I would have no hesitate at all in recommending your facilities to other business users and will be booking it again for out Autumn meeting.

Since moving to the office in November 2009 I would like say Borough House Business Centre has exceeded my expectations. Having moved from a city centre office in Leeds to Richmond I was a little uncertain about the facilities that I might find on offer in the area. On arrival it is easy to see the facilities at Borough House are first class.

I have found the staff extremely friendly but also very professional and appreciate the effort that has been made to make me feel welcome from the beginning. The advice and help I have received with my own IT issues has been particularly useful!

When working as a small business the cost has to be a priority. The rental rates are fantastic and the flexibility of the length of contract is huge benefit. It also saves time to pay a monthly payment knowing that my internet costs and calls to local and national numbers is part of the package.  The free use of the meeting room is also particularly helpful, in my past experience this has always been at an extra cost.

I will continue to rent at Borough House as there is a great atmosphere and the support is there as and when I need it.

Dear Will,

I became self employed in January of this year, it was a big jump to leave the security of regular employment behind. I started working from home and as you can appreciate being self employed meant every penny counts, so the spare room quickly became my office as I saw this to be cheapest option.

After 6 months I started to feel isolated with only the four walls of my ‘spare room’ for company, the normal home life distractions interrupting my working day and not having anywhere other than my home to see customers. Now was the time to take the next step with my business and get the professional image both myself and my customers needed.

Renting an office was out of the question, it was far too expensive and as a new business I did not want to commit to renting a big office for three years in case things didn’t work out. Then I heard about Borough House Business Centre. Here I was able to rent the amount of desk space that suited my business, I now have a professional image and somewhere for customers to come and visit and feel relaxed.

Still being relatively new to being self employed I was still conscious of any business costs, so I originally came here on a trial basis to see if it worked for me and was costs effective, however 3 months on  I am still here and can safely say I have never looked back.

 Desk space at Borough House is very cost effective and the benefits far outweigh the costs which is an important factor in any small and/or new business.

Rather than being isolated in my spare room I am now working alongside other established businesses and business is booming. Borough House Business Centre has a very relaxed, friendly environment and I have also received a lot of business from others here.

Thank you for giving my business this opportunity to develop, I would recommend this to any new/small business as a very good business move and I look forward to being here for a long time to come.
